Senior Trial Counsel
Keith is Senior Trial Counsel at Milstein, Jackson, Fairchild, & Wade. He has tried jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in his over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has tried a wide variety of cases during his career, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He principally tries construction defect cases for the firm. He has been AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell – the highest ranking available – as a preeminent attorney since 1988, and recognized as a Super Lawyer on multiple occasions. Keith has served as a pro bono mediator and arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, and volunteers as an attorney fee dispute arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s attorney-client mandatory fee arbitration service.
