Mass Torts Group Manager
Andrea Brazel is the Mass Torts Group Manager at Milstein, Jackson, Fairchild, & Wade. In her role, Andrea manages a staff of several highly experienced paralegals, legal assistants, and legal nurse consultants. Her team oversees case criteria, client intake, medical record requests and review and discovery responses on all mass torts cases handled by the firm. Andrea also assists the attorneys at Milstein, Jackson, Fairchild, & Wade in all aspects of deposition and trial preparation.
With over 10 years of mass tort experience, Andrea also oversees the Mass Tort Marketing arm at MJFW, encompassing website design and optimization, advanced law firm marketing implementation and media strategy. She also serves as firm liaison to over two dozen outside referral firms.
Prior to coming to MJFW, Andrea was a Mass Torts Project Leader at several national mass tort litigation firms, where she oversaw Avandia, Trasylol, Gadolinium, DePuy ASR and Zimmer NexGen along with multiple other projects and assisted in both trial preparation and deposition discovery. Ms. Brazel was active in various Multi-District Litigations (MDL) including Gadolinium and Trasylol in the production of trial theme grids, deposition cuts and litigation exhibits used nationally in depositions and trials across the country.
Professional Life
Andrea holds the distinction of being a Florida Registered Paralegal, a designation held by less than 5% of all paralegals in the state of Florida. She is an active paralegal member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and has served as liaison to various Litigation Groups.
